We currently support Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini, and other leading AI providers. We're constantly adding support for new providers based on user demand and market developments.
Yes, security is our top priority. We use bank-level encryption for data at rest and in transit, implement SOC 2 compliance standards, and offer granular access controls. Your API keys are encrypted and never shared. We also support on-premise deployment for enterprise customers with specific security requirements.
Absolutely! All our plans, including the free tier, support commercial use. Choose the plan that best fits your usage needs. For large-scale commercial deployments, we recommend our Team or Enterprise plans for additional features and support.
We offer monthly and annual billing options. You're billed based on your plan tier, which includes a set number of AI requests per month. If you exceed your limit, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional requests. Note that AI provider costs (from OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are separate and billed directly by those providers.
Support varies by plan. Free tier users have access to community support and documentation. Pro users get priority email support. Team users get priority email and chat support. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 dedicated support with a dedicated account manager and custom SLA guarantees.
